Past customers: 1 in 100 comes back each month after a friendly reminder. Reviews: 1 extra customer a month from having more, newer reviews. Your time: we automate half of your admin hours, and the time is valued at your hourly number. Overdue money: reminders bring in half of what's past due sooner. A month is counted as 4.3 weeks. Questions
How much does it cost?
The plan is free. Most setups run $300–900 one-time, plus $49–149 a month to keep them running. Your free plan shows the exact figure before you decide.
I'm not good with technology. Is this for me?
Yes. We do the setup. You keep using your phone and email as normal, and you only approve things.
Do you do my taxes?
No. We automate the sorting and record-keeping so your books are ready for your accountant. Your accountant still does the filing.
What if something breaks?
We watch it and fix it. That's what the monthly fee covers.
How long does setup take?
Most automations are running within 2 weeks of your go-ahead.
What do you need from me?
For the free plan, nothing but three answers; no call. If you go ahead, we do the setup. You forward your calls by dialling one code we text you, and send us your invoices the way you already make them (even photos of the paper).
Do I have to get on a call?
No. The free plan needs no call. After that, one 10-minute phone call, only if you want one. Everything else is by text or email.
